Exercise and Stuffs

One of the beauty tips that I preach but never do is exercise. That's what I am going to change starting from now. I feel so weak. I basically need to gain strength. And one of the most possible answers to that is by exercising. I do not aim to get skinny. No, I already am. I just want to be fit and healthy. I realized that when I had this feeling of weakness today.

As you know, I have a huge space in my bedroom. I am going to make it an exercise area starting on Wednesday. Well, I kind of started now. :D I searched some Youtube videos and kind of went with it. I felt rigorously happy about it. I think, I will continue doing this. Here's one of the videos I liked most.

I think Zumba is really good. I mean, the steps are not that hard. And I enjoyed every moment of it. :D How about you? How do you exercise?

  5. super agree ako dito sis! super nakakatulong tlaga ang exercise.. kahit breeze walking, dancing.. anything that makes you sweat is still considered as exercise :) ito talaga nakakatulong sa pag reregular ng menstrual cycle ko. hihihihi :D

  7. Mum & I tried out Zumba back in Singapore. It was loads of fun. Since we had a treadmill back in SG, I used to brisk walk/run for about 3-4km a day. Now I'm back in ZC, I try to get out to jog/run/brisk walk at the local "grand stand" 3-4x a week with (or without) the boyf. :)

  9. You're such a motivation, you know that? I mean, I've been meaning to exercise since, like, foreeever. I definitely want to try zumba. There are zumba classes at the gym but... it's so intimidating. I think I'll make my own private gym in my bedroom :D ha ha!
Oh, and zumba is fun :)
