Hello Pain

There is this book that I really wanted to have. And yes, it has something to do with what I am feeling at the moment. You know, that kind of pain when you use the computer so much? Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Repetitive Strain Injury.



I have been feeling this pain since I don't know when. My mom used to tell me that my other arm has this weird shape. Maybe it was caused by the accident I've had when I was in high school when I tripped down the bank stairs. I don't really know.

So yeah. Anybody know where can I get the book? It mainly tackles on how you could heal the body by eliminating stress. I am the type of person who believes that it is all in the mind. So, reading the book will help me a lot. It has some good points too. If you happen to see it on the shelf of one bookstore here in the Philippines, could you please tell me? It would help so much. Thanks.

  1. oh no, a pain in your arm? if it worsens or does not go away maybe you should go and check it out at the doctor? I hope it eventually subsides - I get tons of pain because my job requires me to be at the pc for the entire day.... and I strain my eyes -.-"
    I hope you can find the book or maybe find it online? Excerpts? Or buy it online?

  2. pa-check up mo na yan, nakakatakot mgka RSI. Tsk tsk or I suggest, buy ka ng pangrelax sa kamay kpag nag ccomputer. It helps kasi nakramdam ako nyan eh, ngka-kalyo pa nga.Pero na-agapan. Hehe! (:

  3. awww.. alam ko toh sis.. tumutunog kamay mo pag ni twitwist noh? nagka ganito rin si mommy.. ang ginawa niya, nagpalit kame ng tubig.. kase tumaas uric acid niya.. and nilalagyan niya ng warm compress para mag dilate ang vessels. :) rest lng sis ;)

  5. i'm really not that into buying books sis so di kita matutulungan dyan :( but i hope you'll be able to find the cure sis.. na try mo na ba yan pa check up?

  9. ever heard of wrist support?? have a look at this indah. 
    http://www.amazon.com/Gel-Keyboard-Wrist-Rest-Purple/dp/B001E67TAI  or maybe u can watch it on youtube. u can get urself a wrist support to continue using the computer, or minimize ur time using it. repetitive use of computer is only  harming ur nerve.
