Dieting the HCG way

I know that most people have new year's resolutions. One of them is to diet their way to a healthy and fit body. Now, if you are really that lazy to do heavy exercises, you can always get the easier one. Take me for example, I hate having to exercise with all the heavy things that I must carry. Like duh!

Lately, I have come across this so-called HCG Diet. What is it? Well, it is a diet plan that requires no heavy equipments. You just need to have a little discipline. You don't have to buy all of those diet meals. You just have to check how you eat and what you currently eat. The greatest thing about it is that you are going to start off with a high calorie diet for like two days. After that, You have to drop every calorie each day until you attain what you want.

As said, you will notice differences in the first week alone.
