The Ayam Penyet Experience
I have had many first times when I arrived in Brunei for my two-week vacation. It was my first time to lose my baggage, and my first time to have a taste of the famous Indonesian cuisine, Ayam Penyet.
The crispy fried chicken with the sambal surely are a pair. I love how the chilli makes me sweat and drink a lot of iced cold water.
